Company Overview
A Private Limited Company founded in 1987
by 2 Chemical Engineers from L.I.T. (Nagpur University); Late Shri Uday Chandrashekhar Pradhan & Shri Milind Sapre. The primary activity involved manufacturing of Anti-Static Coning Oil, Knitting Oil & Spindle Oils.
Today; Unicon Fibro Chemicals Private Limited is a 2nd generation family managed business having a diversified portfolio ranging from Textile Oils such as Anti-Static Coning Oil & Knitting Oil to High Performance Methyl Esters such as Methyl Soyate, Methyl Oleate, Methyl Laurate, C8-10, C12-14, Esters of Linseed, Castor, High Oleic, Biodiesel B100 & other customized esters. Additionally; the Company also manufactures a select range of Tackifiers (Adhesives), Phosphate Esters as well as Dispersants for the Agro Chemical & Coatings Industry.

2 Manufacturing Units, each with a 100 TPD Capacity located at.
- Silvassa, U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli
- MIDC Mahad, Maharashtra
- Our Sales & Marketing offices are located in Mumbai, Surat (commonly referred to as the textile capital of India) & Baroda, Gujarat (the chemical hub of India).
- Total employee strength of more than 50 people to carry out the daily activities of the company and also to ensure timely dispatches of all orders / deliveries for the day.
- Owing to our stringent adherence towards maintaining the Quality and Consistency of our products, we have successfully been able to create our own brand name “UNICON” in the market. We truly abide by our “PERFORMANCE GUARANTEED” motto of the Company.
“UNICON” is known for its capability to manufacture Consistent Good Quality products that caters to varied applications ranging from Textiles, Plasticizers, Agro Chemicals, Ink Solvents, Paints, Varnishes, Automotive Coatings, Oleo chemicals & Renewable Fuels.

MANAGEMENT
Late Shri Uday C. Pradhan: Our Founder
A Chemical Engineer from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur University, India. Mr. Pradhan was a true Entrepreneur who started the Company in 1987. He built a great team along the way making UNICON; what is today a financially stable, strong & well reputed company.
Rajeshwari Uday Pradhan, Founder, Director & Chairperson
Rajeshwari Ji has completed her Commerce & Banking degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. She is involved in the Administration as well as leading the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the Company.
Milind M. Sapre: (Retired as Director)
A Chemical Engineer from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur University, India. Mr. Sapre was actively involved in the formulation & Research & Development activities of the Company. He built a great team along the way making UNICON; what is today a financially stable, strong & well reputed company.
Siddharth Uday Pradhan (Director)
Siddharth has completed his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Mumbai University, India and further pursued his MBA in Finance & Economics from Syracuse University, New York. He looks into the Business Development & Operations of the Company.
Siddharth has previously worked with HDFC Bank Ltd, Corporate Banking Team, Mumbai during the year 2005-07. He has also worked for a hedge fund; viz Banyan Equity Management, LLC, Boca Raton, Florida, USA during the year 2008-2010. He joined Unicon Fibro Chemicals Pvt Ltd in June, 2010 as a Business Development Manager.
Ashwin Uday Pradhan (Director)
Ashwin has completed his Commerce Degree from Mumbai University and further pursued his Masters in Marketing from Middlesex University, United Kingdom. Ashwin joined Unicon Fibro Chemicals Pvt Ltd in June, 2010 as an Supply Chain specialist & Purchase manager. He now looks into the Purchase & Operations of the Company.
